SHIPPING

• All orders in stock are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• For urban areas and villages outside of cities, there may be an additional shipping charge. Click on Ask about this product for a quote.
• For orders out of stock, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
• If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
• We offer free shipping for orders where products will be installed by us, and it costs €13/m or offered a different price by Trioval LTD.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• We hope you will be pleased with your purchase.
• Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product provided it is unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
• Returns should be made within 7 days and in original, undamaged packaging.
• If your products arrived damaged, please contact us right away.
• If we find that the product has not been returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
